Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how Synergix Holdings Inc., a Delaware corporation, doing business as Synergix Automation (“Synergix,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information when you:

  • Event and Meeting Information – Registration details, attendance, and related interactions.

  • Your colleagues or other contacts within your organization;
  • Service providers and business partners; and
  • Publicly available professional sources (such as business websites or professional networking profiles),

in each case as permitted by law.

We may create aggregated, anonymized, or de-identified data that does not identify individuals. We may use such data for any lawful purpose.

2. How We Use Personal Information
